Original Logo Studio: colors, dial, inspiration, idea and results all on one page01Every choice at once02Next step unclear03No animation

Redesigned logo generation flow (before)

STAND is a module-based learning platform that helps kids start their first business, guided from idea to brand to launch, and selling real products at the end.

One of those steps is the logo generation flow, where kids create a logo for their company. The first version is a rough prototype that users struggle to use: every choice on one page, no clear next step, and no animation.

Step 1: describe an idea Step 2: set the dial, explained with familiar brands Step 3: choose colors Step 4: compare logos Step 5: keep the brand

Redesigned logo generation flow (after)

Broke one dense page into 5 steps. Instead of one long form, it's 5 beat-screens, each asking a single decision at a time.

Make the journey joyful

A long journey needs moments of joy. I add micro-interactions so that waiting, choosing, and finishing feel less boring, and more delightful.

Motion labcheck · illustration of my workflow

Reconstructed from the Stand check, name-reveal and reward labs; illustrative. Inspired by DialKit.

Build the tools to design on the canvas

I prompt an agent to build the small tools I need, then tune the interaction in the working product. That keeps design decisions close to the real task, the real motion, and the real code. The actual Stand motion lab exposed timing, overshoot, spins, visual effects, replay, presets, and copy-config controls.Three scenes reconstructed here: a task-complete check, a name-card reveal, and a reward burst — each with its own sliders, presets, and copy-config.

Small software with texture

I make small digital things that borrow from real life like collecting things, gifting, keeping little memories, and making wishes.

Most of my work ends up being about connection in some way. Between a person and a memory, a song and a friend, or a small private thought and someone you want to share it with.

Memories you can collect

A photo diary app that looks like collecting stamps. It became an internet trend, to my surprise!queensjournal.app

Interfaces can be places to wander

A more experimental portfolio. An aquarium where pixel fish swim around, and you can “catch” one to see my work. Built to feel like an interactive game, not a traditional resume.jeongyoon.com
